DISTANCE LEARNING
This course is suitable for those people who wish to increase their knowledge and understanding of Materials Requirements Planning and Capacity Requirements Planning within Supply Chain Management, as well as those who wish to gain international recognition for this knowledge.
The examination is also one of five, which if passed, lead to the awarding of the Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). This is an internationally recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management that has been awarded to over 80,000 professionals in more than 30 countries worldwide.
This course focuses on the various techniques for material and capacity scheduling, such as MRP, CRP, Procurement and Supplier Planning, Inventory Management. Topics include Detailed Material and Capacity Planning, Planning Operations, Managing Procurement and External Sources of Supply, Measuring Performance, and Maintaining the Validity of Plans.
COURSE STRUCTURE
On registration all candidates will be supplied with a Participant Guide, which provides comprehensive coverage of the 9 Sessions of study, DSP Study Notes, and the email address of your designated instructor. The instructor will provide on-line email support for all queries and clarifications required by the candidates.
Also included is the New CPIM Study Tools, a comprehensive, online component to the CPIM program. CPIM Study Tools is an online learning environment designed to help professionals master the core concepts in the CPIM modules. This online tool contains presentation slides and assessments to complement the CPIM Distance Learning experience.
COSTS
The cost of the programme includes the Participant Guide, DSP Study Notes, Introductory Webinar, Exam Prpearation Webinar and on-line instructor email support is €450.00.
